OURS Talk by the Belorussian Ambassador this Friday at 5pm

Dear All,
The Oxford University Russian Society is glad to announce that
His Excellency Dr Mazhukhou Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Great Britain will come to give a talk this Friday.
Dr Mazhukhou graduated from the Minsk Radio-engineering Institute in 1975, the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute for Foreign Languages in 1984 and the All Union Academy for Foreign Trade in Moscow in 1989.
In 1996-1997 Dr Mazhukhou served as Consule of the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in New York, USA. In 1998-1999 he was Counsellor of the Political Department for Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2000 Dr Mazhukhou was appointed as Head of the Division of International Economic Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2001 he is Deputy Head of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In his talk "Belarus in the international context" Dr Mazhukhou will speak about the issues of Belarussian diplomacy and the vectors of its international relationships.
The talk will start at 5.00 pm on Friday, 23rd of May.
Venue: Lecture Room, Staircase 6, New College. (Second door on the right after the Lodge)
The talk will be followed by a wine and soft drinks reception. We are looking forward to see you all there.
